Once all the exercises have been completed and scored, the results are integrated by the assessors. Each candidate’s results are compiled and reviewed. For each candidate, we calculate the overall scores for each competency and write a summary of evidence gathered from the exercises.
There are a variety of reports available depending on the client’s requirements:
Individual candidate report - showing the client each candidate’s assessment results
Overall report - showing a ranking of candidates with their overall scores for each competency
In-depth report - showing areas of strength and concern for each competency for each candidate
Candidates’ results are evaluated according to their fit to the role based on the selected competencies. We use a simple ‘traffic light’ system to show, for each candidate, the extent to which they meet each competency.
