Test User: Occupational, Personality
This course introduces delegates to the area of personality theory, assessment and interpretation and provides eligibility for the BPS Test User: Occupational, Personality qualification. The course is internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).
Building upon the foundations of Occupational Testing covered on the Test User: Occupational, Ability (Level A) Course, this course provides fascinating insights into people’s personality, and their behaviour in the workplace.
Who is it for?
HR professionals and consultants who wish to gain the BPS qualification in Test User: Occupational, Personality (previously Level B).
E-learning (2-3 hours)
The e-learning component covers the principles of personality theory and assessment:
Classroom (2 days)
The classroom component includes qualification in the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments which are popular for selection and development.
In order to gain eligibility for the BPS qualification, it is necessary to practice using the assessment with two volunteers, provide feedback and write two reports. Full details will be provided.
