EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Reports
For qualified practitioners, there are many reports available to use. For each report, you can generate both a Client and Coach version. The Client version uses non-technical language and provides suggestions for development and can be given to non-qualified people whereas the Coach version has additional information for interpretation and should only be used by a qualified practitioner.
The Workplace report provides a comprehensive interpretation of an individual’s emotional intelligence. The Client version includes an overview of the results combined with a description of each of the 15 EQ-i 2.0 sub-scales showing impact at work and strategies for action. The Coach version includes an overview of the results with a detailed analysis of the balance and interaction between sub-scales.
The Group report combines the EQ-i 2.0 scores of individuals to allow you to make interpretations at the group or team level. This report presents an overview of group results to identify group strengths as well as the areas where the group as a whole can be more effective.
EQ 360 Workplace Report
The EQ 360 report includes information about an individual’s self-ratings combined with the ratings of managers, peers and direct reports. The profile gap analysis page examines the level of agreement between the self-scores and the rater-group scores.
The Leadership report uses a leadership competency framework to provide an interpretation of an individual’s emotional intelligence. The Client version includes an overview of the results combined with a detailed description of each of the 15 EQ-i 2.0 sub-scales showing leadership impact and strategies for action. Additionally the report includes a leadership potential page showing the link between the leadership competencies and emotional intelligence and leadership derailers. The Coach version includes the leadership potential page and also a section showing the balance and interaction between sub-scales.
EQ 360 Leadership Report
This report combines the existing Leadership and EQ 360 reports to offer a comprehensive view of an individual’s EI results through four key dimensions of leadership.
