Director
With many years’ experience in assessment, consultancy and training, Tim founded Psysoft in 2009. Tim is a registered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS).
Tim is qualified to use a broad range of psychometric instruments including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, OPQ32, Wave, MBTI, NEO PI-3, MSCEIT and HUCAMA Personality Factors.

Tracy manages Psysoft’s client services including online testing systems, product orders and general queries. She also manages the administration of our busy office and looks after both existing client relationships and new clients.

Tracy has extensive experience in customer service working with corporate clients. Prior to working for Psysoft, she worked in event management and hotel hospitality where she has gained professional qualifications in customer service.

Chloe manages the development of Psysoft’s courses and products, and is responsible for the strategic planning of the company. Her role includes meeting with clients to understand their needs and creating tailored solutions.

Chloe has a first-class bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree (MSc) in Organisational Psychology. She is certified in a range of psychometric assessments, such as EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, OPQ32 and HUCAMA Factors.

Imogen leads the delivery of a range of psychometric training courses including EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification and BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality.

Imogen also leads the facilitation of Psysoft's workshops and webinars, and social media marketing.

Imogen graduated with a first-class bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Business & Management.

Mia supports the delivery of Psysoft’s psychometric training courses, including the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality.
Her role also includes developing new products, running workshops and webinars, and providing feedback on a range of psychometric assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360.

Mia graduated with a first-class bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey.

Clare is a Chartered Psychologist and Accredited Coach and has a passion for coaching both individuals and teams. She has over 15 years’ experience of coaching leaders across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and North America and over 23 years of consulting experience in leadership development and psychometric testing.
Clare's coaching approach seeks to balance a deeper understanding of one’s personal characteristics, drives and values, with achieving desired business results.

Associate Consultant
Nicola is a Chartered Psychologist and Accredited Coach with over 13 years' experience in talent, learning and leadership development.
Her coaching experience includes developing leaders and managers in emotional awareness, leadership style, resilience and self-confidence.
Nicola is an Associate Fellow of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology, and an ICF Member.
